Dear Dick Guber and Jason Rhode,
CM Talk has been a great find for me just recently, because I have been given a wonderful opportunity to work with the children of my church. This episode was very encouraging for it is a small church I’m apart of. How do I reach the children in my community? we are a church in the countryside but larger communities near by, can advice be given for outreach and ideas to reach the community and provide growth in the childrens ministry. Secondly having a smaller poo of peoplel to draw from and a lot of people, working in other areas of ministry how to build a team which is necessity to building. Have you cover these questions in previous talks. I am listening via download and listening with my I-pod is wonderful way to learn on the move. Thank you. Mark
I recently found your podcast and am catching up on all the old broadcasts. This one was especially helpful to our situation as we are rapidly growing and trying to get “policies” in place as we navigate not being “the little family church” anymore. Thanks so much for ministry. It is truly a blessing!!
